One University Drive South is a brand-new 45-unit multi-family housing development located in the heart of Amherst, MA. There will be five affordable apartments available for occupancy starting in late Summer of 2022. All affordable apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through the application process.

All apartments feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and individual mini splits for maximum room comfort and energy efficiency.
